Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be a flat fee displayed at checkout.
Shipping method: USPS Standard shipping
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Your package should arrive within 9 to 14 business days
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Empire Prestige Enterprise ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Empire Prestige Enterprise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

At Empire P.E, every candle is thoughtfully handcrafted in South Florida using our premium soy wax blend. We are committed to delivering a smooth, reliable shipping experience from our studio to your space.
Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and prepared in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended to maintain our quality standards.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Local Delivery – South Florida
Empire P.E proudly offers local delivery within South Florida. Delivery availability and fees will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
Packaging & Care
Each order is carefully packaged to protect your candles and preserve their quality during transit. We take pride in ensuring your products arrive in excellent condition.
Warm Weather Notice
Due to Florida’s warm climate and the natural properties of soy wax, candles may soften or melt during transit. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery. Empire P.E is not responsible for heat-related damage once the package has been delivered.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly assist you with a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Empire P.E is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, Empire P.E is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
